my commitment to you:
Genuineness
I don’t just smile and do the “therapist nod.” I’ve been told I’m “real” and “approachable” and have a good sense of humor.
Collaboration
I will create a safe space where we can explore goals for the future, reflect on the past and be grounded in the present.
I will challenge and inspire, while acknowledging and respecting that you are the expert on your experiences.
Curiosity
I will focus on getting to know the “real” you. I’m a strengths-focused therapist and knowing and understanding your experiences, feelings and goals is of the utmost importance to me.
Expertise
I will use my clinical knowledge and professional experience to guide you to solutions and meaningful change.
In my free-time I love: spending time with my husband and daughter, reading, gardening, walking our rescue pup, watching bad reality TV and eating chips and guacamole.
